Volunteer

We need help to ensure the event is a success!  In the months and weeks leading up to it, we welcome assistance with:

• Soliciting and collecting donations & gift cards. Shifts are flexible and can be done when convenient for your schedule

• Making gift baskets & preparing ticket packages

• TBD dates, but are flexible based on the groups availability but typically occur on the weekend in Toms River, NJ as the event gets a bit closer

Saturday, February 27: Pre-event set up time TBD.

• Bringing gifts to venue

• Organizing & displaying prizes

• Decorating tables

On Sunday, February 28, the day of our Fundraiser, we’ll need assistance for a variety of tasks:

• [TBD: Final pre-event set up, from 8am to 2pm]

• Checking-in guests

• Selling tickets, helping guests, etc.

• Handing out prizes to contest winners, from 4pm to 6pm

• Cleaning up after the event, from 6pm to 7:30pm
